[MDOsprey] Shorebirds in DC?

All of these White Pelican messages reminded me that we 
have no shorebirding spots listed for DC.  The Aquatic 
Gardens is probably a likely spot, but what about some 
others?  Many areas are probably inaccessible, and the 
current wide flats on the edges of the Potomac can't always 
be counted on, but hopefully some good and wise souls out 
there can enlighten me further.
