It seems hard to believe, but I was birding on Maddux Island this past 
Wedesday. We (DNR) is in the process of developing an updated management plan 
for the Island of the Potomac WMAs and I was doing some field work with the 
planner.

We had at least one and probably two Ceruleans, both on the north side right 
opposite Sycamore Landing.
