New "pond" in Montgomery County

For those who enjoy checking out the ponds in northern Montgomery
County, I found another one (sort of).  A new erosion control
pond has been created on Dover Road, south of East Gude (directions:
North on 355 from Rockville, east (right) on E. Gude, right on
Dover Rd.).  I presume the pond is related to the new construction
on the corner of E. Gude and Dover.
   Yesterday when I went to pick up my car at the mechanics, I
found at the new pond 2 Killdeer and 2 Solitary Sandpipers.  An
Indigo Bunting was in the tangle across from the pond.
