March updates for the Maryland Ornithological Society State 
Web Site are now online.  Many areas have been updated and 
the Second Decision Report for the Maryland/DC Records 
Committee is now available.  In addition, if you haven't yet 
seen the Washington Post article on the possible Kelp Gull 
found in St. Mary's County, you can find a direct link right here.
