Howdy All!

   Ha-ha-ha!  Welcome to GULLTOPIA (Maryland)!  Last night after dubbing
Maryland GULLTOPIA on the update for my rarities web page, I found out that
two New York birders came down to Conowingo to see the SLATY-BACKED GULL
and whiffed yesterday, Tuesday, 2/16.  Anyone else have news?  Updates?
