A very nice group of birders met to try to relocate the sparrow. We
walked up to the electric fence and spent a long time scanning the
multi-flora thickets and fence-line. The birds were there in fair
numbers.... juncos, songs and white-th. and crowns. Unfortunately THE
bird was not seen.
We then did a short walk across the road and had a nice group of
sparrows. Great looks at wh-crowns with some savannah, swamp and songs.
We also had a FOX sparrow , rusty blackbirds and 60-70 pipits.

Through woods and on the green;
And thou wert still a hope, a love;
Still longed for, never seen. "
