Kim and I took the dog for a walk at Swan Harbor last evening. The highlight was a minimum of 3 American Bitterns in full "song". I was able to record one with my iPhone and hopefully I'll figure out the easiest way to share those soon.
If you've never heard an American Bittern pumping before, I encourage you to go listen for yourself. It's an amazing sound.
