Weather:
Light fog all day under overcast skies with a little brightening in the
afternoon; 48-56 degrees; poor to fair visibility; winds northeasterly,
6-10 mph
Raptor Observations:
Ospreys, harriers, and kestrels didn't seem to mind the fog; vultures
milled about and finally moved on. Surprisingly good flight in view
of the fog and winds.

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
