This morning at 8:10 I observed the VESPER SPARROW previously found by Kye Jenkins at Southwest Area Park in Baltimore County. It was foraging in the grassy area inside the loop at the end of the road near the boat ramp, mostly near some boulders in the gravelly, sparsely vegetated west end as you enter the loop. I think this is where Keith Costley saw it yesterday. A passing vehicle flushed the bird into the field on the north side of the road where I lost track of it.
