I birded PG county on the DC border yesterday for the PG Mid-Winter
Count. The highlight was a Lincoln's Sparrow at Oxen Hill Farm. It was
my first outside of September through November. Otherwise it was a day
of modest numbers of the usual suspects. Some highlights:
