The Black-headed Gull was in the Best Buy parking lot at the Hunt Valley mall, as usual, around 3:15 pm today.  It was not with the group of gulls when I arrived, around 2:45 pm, but it suddenly appeared on the outskirts of the group about 30 minutes later.  Beautiful bird!  We did not observe any cars bothering the gulls today.
