I was at north point state park at main entrance with diane ford this am and I had what look like a crossbill but was unable to see the head and bill, but did see the black wing with 2 white wing bars each, pinkish red on upper chest,  it was way up on sweet gum tree feasting on sweet gum with 8+ goldfinches and at least pine siskins near end of observation trail off of black marsh wildland trail.   Didn't go to hart miller due to thick fog and rain.
