A quick run through Perryville Community Park late morning revealed no less than 11 BLACK TERNS.  They were at a pretty good distance out, but identifiable with a scope.  Port Deposit waterfront had a pair of CASPIAN TERNS and an adult BALD EAGLE.  Good birding and stay safe with Irene!
