Sorry for the late report.

A Scissor-tailed Flycatcher was seen and photographed yesterday 
afternoon north of Eden Mill Nature Center on Fawn Grove Road in 
northern Harford County. It has not been relocated. Here is the website 
for Eden Mill which gives directions to the nature center.
