A chilly morning at Centennial Park. An OSPREY had successful fishing. BALD  EAGLE flyover. Only  one Northern-Rough Wing to brave the cold. 2 RUSTY BLACKBIRDS feeding below the dam. A BROWN CREEPER, WINTER WREN and SAPSUCKER for some nice winter birds. Not too many spring arrivals.....4 PHOEBES ....no bugs.
