Morning all,
 Just a quick walk around the yard before I head out. A pair of E. Bluebirds were staking out my "birch" box in the back field a bit ago, with both of the pair perching on top of the box and the male doing the wing wave display to the female. Lots of quiet singing going on from them around the yard too; quite lovely to hear.

My Crossley ID Guide should arrive tomorrow; I'll post some thoughts afterwards.
