Hi everyone,

I did a little snow birding this after noon in Talbot, QA, and Kent
Counties. Highlights include:

Cackling Goose -- 1 -- Leverage Rd, QA County
Common Merganser -- 4 -- 2 at Covey's Landing, Talbot/Caroline Counties.
2 on the Chester River with one
bird in QA and one bird in Kent.
Vesper Sparrow -- 1 -- Kibler Rd, QA County. Noticed the white tail
feathers when bird flushed off the side of the road. Was able to turn
around and relocate the bird
                                 sitting in a tree.
Fox Sparrow -- 15 -- Fish Hatchery Rd, Kent County. One tight group
feeding with cardinals on road side.
Lapland Longspur -- 1 -- RT 309, QA County. Feeding with Horned Larks
on RT 309 just west of the Natural Resources Police entrance.

Horned Larks and American Pipits were everywhere, also strong showing
of Savannah Sparrows.
