Winger West, Dave Brenneman and I scoured the area where the Yellow-headed Blackbird had been sighted from around 7:30-10:30 a.m. on Saturday with no success. The only flocking action was by European Starlings and American Crows. Approximately 15 Red-winged Blackbirds flew over, and we had a flock of one Brown-headed Cowbird.
We had nice sparrows further down on Long Neck Road along with an American Kestral.
On Camp Brown Road we had a Merlin (Dave Brenneman got some good pictures).
