After last evening's poor showing of shorebirds at the North Beach marsh, I 
expected few this AM (10:30 to 11:00). But no, there were perhaps more than ever 
since the Red Knot showed up. After ~ 20 min., Mr Knot mysteriously appeared 
out of nowhere. But Mr Buff was nowhere to be seen.
