With Keith Costley I checked the shorebirds at Liberty Lake today. The
lake continues to drop. There is very little mud remaining north of the
Route 140 bridge but there were a lot of shorebirds there on the Baltimore
County side. South of the bridge the birds were scattered over a wide area
downstream on both sides of the lake. Our totals were:
