A pair of American oystercatchers appear to be raising two young on the roof of 
a condo building at 140th St in Ocean city MD.

We saw one flying up to the roof a couple of weeks ago.  Visiting my sister and 
brother-in-law over the 4th weekend - they have a place that overlooks the 
Pelican Bay condo at 140th right on the beach - we saw two adults and two 
juveniles walking around in the street, in the parking garage, and in the 
dunes.  We're not there now, but according to my b-in-l, the show continues.
