Today, I was home and able to see some of my yardbirds. What I believe is the Great crested Flycatcher returned and posed for me in my weepeing cherry tree. I also put out more dog hair hoping to see what bird took and I must have turned my head for a bit because it disappeared quickly. Also posing in the same tree was the Brown Thrasher. Then to my excitement I saw a female Pine Warbler gathering nesting material at the bottom of my deck steps.
The bluebirds are going back and forth between two boxes, there is a house wren in another box and chickadees in two other different boxes.
Here are some pic's of the Flycatcher, Thrasher and the Pine Warbler. they should be the first 6or seven photo's.
