I did a short tour around Hains Pt before work this morning. BLACKPOLL were easily the most numerous migrant warbler with around 10 heard singing, concentrated in the trees near the point, and one female seen.  Other migrants included single NASHVILLE, BLACK-THROATED GREEN and a BAY-BREASTED that ventured out over the Potomac before flying back as well as Myrtles, though there were not that many of them.  There was also a single SWAMP SPARROW along the road on the Potomac side.  I counted as many as 6 singing YELLOW WARBLER, and there was also a WARBLING VIREO on the channel side, where there is usually one at least at this time of year.
