   Ed is right it's 1.4 miles to the county line and the Rickett Point is the closest place to see birds near there as many birds was within county line, mostly in harford.   It's a perfect timing with sun nearly behind us and clear view all the way to Rickett Point. 

  I may go back next Monday if others are going. Limited to South Cell for a while. North Cell are dry now.
