Jim Peters had a [possible] Cave Swallow at Fort McHenry earlier this morning. The bird was perched on the barbed wire fence between the South Locust Point Marine Terminal and the forts wetland. Jim saw a light-colored belly, a rusty forehead - the throat and rump was buff-colored and the tail was square.
