Laurie Hollander and I found an OLIVE-SIDED FLYCATCHER in the old beaver
pond area this morning about 9:30 AM. It was hawking insects from a tall
dead tree that is almost completely covered in ivy. Warblers were slow
with only Blackpolls, a Chestnut-sided, American Redstart, and a few
Common Yellowthroats. Some Gray-cheeked Thrush I had seen yesterday seem
to have left with last night southerly winds.
