My brother, Robert, and I did some birding in Montgomery County today. The most exciting find (despite not being very countable) was a Chukar along Sycamore Landing Rd around 5 pm. It was just standing on a log within a few feet of the road and we got great looks. Later at the same location we watched a few American Woodcock displays. Some other highlights follow.
