Thanks to all responsible for the sightings and reporting on these beauties and to Joe Hanfman for pointing me in the right direction for both the Ross's and the Cackling goose once I got there at 3:00.  Robert Ostrowski also says there's a redhead on the south part of the lake, but I was too lazy to walk to that side.
