Found a Peregrine Falcon flying over the fields  by the intersection of Underwood Road and Old Frederick Rd in Howard County today around noon.  The Peregrine landed briefly on the top of a nearby silo, and a few minutes later I saw it perched in a tree along Underwood.  Unfortunately, some workers spooked it and I didn't see it again.
