A very cold morning up at Black Hills RP was enlivened by 6 Cackling Geese - they were in the open water closest to the Rte 118 parking lot, with about 200 Canada.  A decent variety of other waterfowl including over 50 Hooded Merganser and about 30 Tundra Swan but it was a bit too cold to stick around and scope the more distant birds.
