Was driving through the Fairwood development when I saw a buteo cruising over the houses next to the road.  It cut across the road right in front of my car- Rough-legged Hawk.  This was about 1:15pm near the Fairwood mansion. Went back 1/2hr later, but could not relocate the bird.
