Hello everyone.

I woke up early this morning to the sounds of the local BLACKPOLL
WARBLERS outside the bedroom window. They've been here for about a
week now. I'm very happy to have them here in West Annapolis. I
trust they are enjoying their stay.

In other news...

I spent a late lunch at Patapsco Valley SP--Lost Lake in the mist. It
was great fun. After reading the Joel Martin's recent report, I
planned a brief hike before heading home to Annapolis after doing some
work in Baltimore.

I also decided to drop by Fort Smallwood to see if the BLACK BELLIED
PLOVER was still hanging around this Northern Anne Arundel park.
Lucky for me, it was. And big, huge special thanks to Bill Hubick for
hosting the LINCOLN'S SPARROW, which was also present this afternoon.

Good Birding,
