Cool, cloudy and quiet. Yesterday's Hooded Warbler moved a couple of blocks
north to the slope behind the open field. The only other warblers were a
Chestnut-sided and an Ovenbird. At least three Wood Thrushes are on territory
and a single Swainson's was the first of the year. A lone Red-breasted
Nuthatch still lingers.
