MD Osprey:

On Saturday, a non-breeding plumage White-winged Tern was reported at 
Ted Harvey WMA in DE. At this time of the year, I assume that 
"non-breeding" plumage means a sub-adult. Keep your eyes open for 
"marsh terns" in Maryland. Carefully scan any apparent Black Terns 
(with short, square-tails) for white rumps.
