This morning on a quick ride to school, I was delighted to hear the familiar
"wheep" of a great-crested flycatcher, above the trail near the golf-course
pond with the islands.
I've had a white-eyed vireo periodically since April 14th (most of the times
I've been out, just haven't been out as regularly as I'd like). Also, rusty
blackbirds continue in the vicinity of the swamp.
Haven't had too many warblers yet (just y-r,palm,parula) but haven't been
looking too carefully yet either.
Good birding,
