This morning I had some time before work at the old Sparks Elementary site.  I did a bit of birding and walked toward the stream.  There I saw a Prothonotary Warbler.  The time was 7:15.  I had excellent looks and was able to observe the bird for some time.  I have only seen this species about four times.  It was a beautiful bird, a mature bird in breeding plumage.
