Hi Everyone, 

I got off work early yesterday hoping to add the Red-necked Grebe to my 
Maryland bird list .  It was very windy and cold  and after a half hour of 
freezing as  i was going to go back to my car and take a break the duck just 
appeared out of nowhere . I watched it for around 5 minutes in the very 
middle of the lake just floating around by himself . Beautiful bird ! Thanks to 
Joe Hanfman . 
Would also like to remind everyone of the Eagle Festival at Blackwater Refugee 
Cambridge Md. on March 15th . Hope to see you all there. ! !!!!!!!
