Piggy backing on Sean's post here... For area Two of the Elkton CBC circle (Carpenter's Point/Charlestown, Cecil County) highlights were Laughing Gull in Charlestown at dawn, Woodcock on Capenter's Point Road predawn, Purple Finch in Charlestown, 26 Goldeneyes on the North East River 300+ Tundra Swan Carpenter's Point and about 15 other assorted species of waterfowl... Oh and a few dozen Bonaparte's Gulls on the North East River...
