Everyone, Bill Ellis has graciously volunteered to put together a team to allow photographers to submit all their photographs on one disk.  This should make it easier for those with a large number of photos to submit their files.  Bill is working on developing a process and is looking for volunteers to assist in file handling and computer storage.   Helpers should be familiar with transfer of files among CDs, hard drives, and USB port “flash/jump drives”, and be willing to follow strict confidentiality guidelines.  Helpers cannot submit their own photos to the contest.  

If you can help Bill, please contact him directly at     When Bill has the new submission process ready, we will post it on MDOSPREY and the MOS website.  And in order to give the new team more time to work, we are extending the deadline for photo submission to February 29, 2008.
 
For the many who have already submitted your photos, your disks will be merged into Bill's new process so that all photos will be available to the judges in the same format.
