I had a bright Philadelphia Vireo this morning at Schoolhouse Pond. It was
foraging in the sunlit trees between the boardwalk and the townhouses. It
was loosely associated with a group of five or six Red-eyed Vireos that were
foraging in the trees. There were also several Eastern Phoebes in the vicinity,
as well as three or four female Ruby-throated Hummingbirds. Also present this
morning was a female Black and White Warbler, plus the juvenile Black-
crowned Night Heron.
