Some one asked about the hours at Merkle for searching for the White Ibis.

Hi George,
           I'll try. The sanctuary grounds are open sunrise (7:00 am) to 
sunset every day. The visitor center is open on weekends from 10:00 am till 
4:30 pm. We are trying to make sure someone is there throughout the week as 
well, however, projects and programs occasionally require the Maryland 
Conservation Corps Crew and the Seasonal Naturalist to leave.

Was wondering if anyone knows off-hand the hours that Merkle sanctuary is
open on weekdays? I am hoping to make it down there early Tuesday morning
before work to see the White Ibis - if it stays there.
