Didn't have any luck with the KING RAIL at Lilypons, but a gorgeous adult male 
DICKCISSEL was seen by my husband and myself at the previously described 
location at Ballenger Creek Rd. in Frederick County.  We also heard and seen 
the ALDER FLYCATCHER in the trees across the rd where the field is.  The 
DICKCISSEL  was also singing his little heart out - I hope he finds a mate!  We 
also tried for the BLACK BELLIED WHISTLING DUCKS near Glen Burnie- but they 
were a no show (approximate time was 1230-0130)  We checked both ponds 
in the area, as described in the previous post.  Good birding to all.
