My name is Tyler Garrison, I work on an HGTV show called “I Want That! Tech
Toys”. We are looking for a bird watching enthusiast in the DC area to be on
our show. We place local end-users with cool gadgets. Then we interview
them and have them demonstrate the product on camera. You get to keep the
product for your participation. The reason I’m contacting you is because I have
bird watching gadget, I’m trying to place with someone. Here is a
description of the product.

Here’s a little bit more about our show and how the production process
works.
I Want That! Tech Toys highlights new, cool consumer electronics products,
almost in the style of a magazine or blog. The segments are fun and
fast-paced. We're working with talent who really know their stuff: Chi-Lan Lieu from
Tech TV and Peter Rojas of Engadget. The show premiered August 2nd and airs
Friday nights at 11 pm and Sunday afternoons at 1:30pm, in 80 million US
households.

We would send you the product in advance so that you have time to become
acquainted and feel comfortable with your new gadget. Again, you get to keep
the gadget after the segment is shot. A producer and a shooter come to your
home, interview you talking about the product and why it really works for
you. Then they shoot you using the product. The shoots take place weekday
mornings and mid afternoons and typically last 3-4 hours.
If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, please let me know as
soon as possible. I’m trying to schedule this shoot for the mid-March.
Thanks so much and let me know if you have any questions.
