On 2 December 2006, and again on 3 December, my wife and I observed a pair
of Baltimore Orioles near our back patio.  On both days the birds
concentrated on removing the few remaining berries on our dogwood tree, and
drinking from the water feeder.  I don't know if this is a rare time of year
for the orioles, but I did get some nice photos.
