I spoke to Jim Stasz a few minutes ago, he found a Barnacle Goose at Meadow 
Lake in Garrett County this morning. The bird flew off with a Canada Goose 
flock, presumably to feed near by. Meadow Lake is located just south of I-68 
in the eastern part of the county.
