Took a walk at lunchtime today along the Gwynns Falls Trail near the Carroll
Park golf course in SW Baltimore City and saw a nice variety of species. These
included a young Red-shouldered Hawk, an adult male Yellow-bellied
Sapsucker, Ruby and Golden-crowned Kinglets (including a male Golden-
crowned with bright orange crown), large flocks of robins and juncos, one
Cedar Waxwing, one Yellow-rumped Warbler, and 2 Chipping Sparrows.
