Hi everyone. My name is Dan Haas. I'm new around here. I just
wanted to say hello and let everyone know what I found today.
I went to Greenbury Point (just across the Severn River from
Annapolis) for an afternoon hike. Not too much flying about to speak
of, except for a pair of RUBY CROWNED KINGLETS playing for ten minutes
(ok, they were catching dinner bugs) in a small treebush (*uh, yes,
that would be a technical term for mid sized brush-like tree). They
were quite the lovely pair enjoying their dinner and putting on a
small air show.
Aside from that, I'd say the place was chock full of Mockingbirds (20
or so easily), a few Blue Jays, cardinals and about nine fly overs
from some Cormorant.
Be well,
Dan |
