You'll understand 'whatever that is' when you walk through this habitat in the fall. If you remember the last time that you passed through during the fall and early winter season of the year and found dozens, if not hundreds, of little grayish-brown colored, polygon shaped seeds with two little hooks/barbs at the base stuck on every piece of clothing you are wearing that has a weave of any kind, from your socks to your stocking cap, then you'll know why they are called tick-seed sunflowers.
