Hi All,
We stopped briefly at Great Oak Pond (2 miles west of Melitota on
MD-298) just after noon today and were pleased to note a juvenile
WHIMBREL at the southeast corner of the pond. Also present were 500
Canada Geese (building up), 9 Snow Geese, 65 Green-winged Teal, and the
drake Canvasback.
