Greetings, 

As the fall migration seems to be picking up, I have a late-ish(?) Ruby-
throated Hummer which is still ON NEST in my yard (North East, Cecil 
County). found the nest yesterday in a low bracnch of a white dogwood. I 
believe, however, the nest has been active all summer as I have observed a 
RTHU chasing off birds in this vicinity since May!  How many broods will a 
RTHU have in one season? The safe dates for this bird ended July 31!
